Exceptional

Beautiful beach hostel in an amazing location with a fun and relaxed vibe. It has music in the afternoon and most people go party in nearby hostels, so this one is not too loud if you choose to stay. The pizza was amazing and the hostel has different spots to chill and relax. The pool is very nice and the sunbeds are a plus. Totally worth your money. We had a wonderful stay.

The wifi was not great and some of the bathrooms got clogged quite a bit. The upper bunk is a bit uncomfortable to climb into, there is nothing to grab on to.

Wonderful

Nice place by the beach, very relaxing and with a cool vibe. Perfect mix of locals and internationals. The area is one of the best of the Caribbean Coast.

The mattress was so thin that I could feel the floor ????

Nice hostel at the beach front

Nice location and pool area, they also run daily activities. The restaurant is also pretty good for dinner.

The WiFi network could be improved, does not work at all at times. The bar staff is very uncoordinated. Breakfast wasn’t worth it.

Dorms and Private Rooms feel like two different hostels. Be aware of transportation.

Private rooms are far from the common areas, you can still hear the music at night but is within expected for a party hostel. They have perfect mosquito nets. There are no doors (tent style wall) but there are big wood boxes that fit at least 2 carry on and backpacks. They don't include the locks... Common areas area amazing, the bar has areas with table, benches, hammocks, ping pong tables even some decks for working with outlets every 1 meter. The beach is not good for swimming, extremely rough waters but they have some chairs to sit and enjoy the view.

One of the share dorms is tooo close to the party area, cannot imagine having a good experience there. Getting to the hostel is a bit of a problem with public transportation. Accept taking a taxi or you will have to ride behind a motorbike (not the typical colombian mototaxi "tuk-tuk" style) a simple unmodified motorbike which is also a problem with luggage. Buses drop you off on the main road, at night might not be any mototaxi or anything there for the next 2km. Take away: try to arrive by taxi from Santa Marta. Once at the hostel they can call you a taxi or a motorbike and you can combine with buses so that is not so much of a problem.

Amazing stay, I'll be back it was so beautiful

The hostel is lovely, the nice huts where you stay. The beach and surrounding areas are the most beautiful places I've ever been to or seen!

There really isn't many toilets/showers. So just be aware you will have to queue at peak times. Also when booking if it's 2 people, make sure you request two mattress as we were initially given only a double bed (they resolved this quickly)

A week in a paradise

Los Hermanos has the most delicious food in the area, the friendliest bartenders and the most enjoyable parties. Beto & Omar are so welcoming and they will always give you the greatest smiles to start your day! I booked 2 nights and I ended up staying for a week! At this place you have the beach just few steps away from your bed, a pool, a co-working space, activities everyday and the opportunity to visit and meet people from the other hostels in the area. I'll absolutely be back to this paradise!

The internet service was pretty weak, it worked just for some minutes at few spots in the hostel :(
